P.P.P. PROJECTS

In order to utilize the unutilized and under-utilized properties to their optimum value the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation (V.M.C.) has proposed to develop the following projects on Public Private Partnership (P.P.P) mode and Build Operate Transfer (B.O.T) basis in the following sites.

Ist Phase:

M/s. APITCO Ltd., Hyderabad which is one of the Empanelled Management Consultants for many Government Organizations was appointed for the above purpose.

The Expression of Interest (E.O.I) were published in leading national news papers.

Accordingly 55 firms participated in the bid process (Residential Complex - 20, I.T. Park - 14, and Multiplex - 21) and the bidders have submitted their presentations.

After duly verifying the presentations, VMC selected the final bidders as under.

Present Status:

The Project "Residentail Complex at Block 'A' Brindavan Colony" was entrusted to M/s. Vishakha Infra Projects Private Ltd., at a final bid offer of 50% built up area consisting 15 modern apartments as VMC share. Estimated income from sale of 15 apartments is around Rs. 6.50 Cr. as VMC share.
